Terms of sale

Last updated: [DATE] · This is a translation; the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern paid access to the “Auction Edge Journal” browser extension (the “Service”), published by [FIRST NAME LAST NAME], sole trader, SIRET [SIRET NUMBER], France.

2. Plans and prices

Journal: €9.90 per month or €99 per year. Journal Pro: €25 per month or €250 per year. Founder: €149 one-time, lifetime access to Journal Pro and to future extensions of the range, while spots last. The prices shown on the checkout page at the time of the order apply. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.

3. Order, payment and licence

Orders and payments are made on the Whop platform (whop.com), which collects the payment and issues the receipt. After the order, a licence key is available in your Whop account (Orders → Auction Edge Journal). You activate it in the extension.

4. Free trial

Monthly and yearly subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Otherwise, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year). You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access stays open until the end of the period already paid for. No pro-rata refund is due for a period that has started.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Service is digital content supplied as soon as the key is activated. By activating your key before the 14-day period ends, you request immediate performance of the Service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). The 7-day free trial lets you test the Service before any payment.

7. Use

The licence is personal. It may not be resold or shared. The Service reads your closed trades read-only and never places an order. Your trading data stays stored in your browser; you are responsible for backing it up (an automatic weekly backup is offered).

8. Liability

The Service describes past results and simulations. It is not investment advice and does not guarantee any future result. The publisher cannot be held liable for trading decisions made by the user, nor for an interruption caused by a third-party platform (Tradesea, TopstepX, TradingView…).

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, first contact the publisher at [EMAIL]. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge: [NAME AND WEBSITE OF THE CHOSEN MEDIATOR].
